Postcode Loterij Straatprijs

Overview

The ‘Straatprijs’  campaign is a successful Postcode Lottery campaign that returns every year.
All participants with the winning zip code will receive a check for €25,000 per ticket. Among all prize winners, 1 BMW will be raffled per winning zip code.

As Senior Designer, I led the design process and supervised the project from start to finish. My responsibilities include digital conceptualization, art direction and user experience (UX) design, including wireframing, prototyping and conducting some testing.

My role

Using a user-centered design approach, I led initiatives to optimize conversion rates and conducted extensive research to remove barriers to form completion. I also provided art direction for digital deliverables and set up A/B testing strategies to refine the user experience. Through meticulous attention to detail I ensured the seamless integration of hi-fi streams and design of all project deliverables.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT​

A campagne like this is a big project with a lot of stakeholders. Throughout the project lifecycle I presented the designs to brainstorm and gain buy-in from the senior stakeholders.

CRO Testing

For this campagne I initiated and designed some new ideas for E-mail testing. 

E-mail testing

For this campaign we did some interesting E-mail testing. The first set is a dialogue chat with Gaston. We asked if you want to win the BMW or 25.000,- , although this is a small choice and still risky because of the ‘paradox of choice’, the mail converted very well. The second e-mail is a ‘scratch’ e-mail with winning feedback overlay. This e-mail converted better.
