Overview

This campaign is inspired by the popular TV show BankGiroLoterij Millionaires and is sponsored by BankGiroLoterij (now part of VriendenLoterij).

It’s a campaign starting with an online leads game just like the TV show. You answer 3 questions, and if you get them right, you have the change to win €1,000,- . Followed by the main  online campagne where you can win money instantly.  You can win up to €16,000 on the spot, with at least €20 guaranteed as a prize. All you have to do is joining the BankGiro Lottery.

As the Senior Designer, I played a pivotal role across the entire project lifecycle. My responsibilities encompassed conceptualization, art direction, and user experience (UX) design, including wireframing and the implementation of A/B testing initiatives. I crafted numerous high-fidelity flow designs and meticulously designed all project deliverables to ensure a seamless user journey and exceptional visual coherence.

My role

I spearheaded the implementation of a user-centric design methodology, prioritizing optimal conversion rates. Conducting extensive user research, I meticulously identified and mitigated potential barriers hindering form completion. Additionally, I provided art direction for digital assets, instigated and orchestrated A/B testing initiatives, and meticulously crafted all project deliverables to align seamlessly with our user-centered approach.

I collaborated with a marketing team and frontend developers to understand and define the campaign goal, marketing needs and technical support.

The Leads

Prior to the big campaign we launched a Miljonairs leads game. It was free to play, only asking for some information to be able for contacting about a great offer during the big campagne. 

The Campaign

This campaign had several sales flows on desktop and mobile with a great deal of deliverables and emails. Some A/B test has been done with good insights. You see them below.
