Publishing product redesign

Objective

The Publishing Product is old and outdated. The UX, UI and its functionalities don’t answer the needs of the customers/users anymore. 

Unfortunately i couldn’t finish this project because i left the company.

Project context

  • Customers/users complain about Experience, Interface and functionalities.
  • Churn of customers to our competition. 
  • Design/develop a Publishing Product better then the competition.

Impact

  • A mature Publishing Product would elevate the total of the products.
  • From the reactions of customers/users we could predict less churn.
